(Central News Agency, reporter Chang Jian-chung, Taipei, July 7) Ray Ho Carbon is scheduled to be listed on the emerging stock market on August 12. Its cumulative revenue for the first five months of this year exceeded NT$300 million. Chairman Chen Kun-hung stated that the company's performance is expected to grow by double digits this year.
Ray Ho Carbon held a media exchange meeting today. Chen Kun-hung said that Ray Ho Carbon's paid-in capital expanded from NT$130 million to NT$307 million last year, mainly through the integration of Sheng Ho Energy and Tian Tai Group. The team holds approximately 30% of the shares, Acer holds 26%, and Yowell Electric and Jao Lien Industrial hold 5% respectively.
Chen Kun-hung stated that after integrating Sheng Ho Energy and Tian Tai Group, Ray Ho Carbon's revenue surged to NT$823 million last year, an increase of 83.46% year-on-year, with a net profit after tax of NT$42.94 million. Based on the weighted average share capital, the earnings per share were NT$2.89.
Chen Kun-hung pointed out that Ray Ho Carbon withdrew from the large-scale ground solar power market in 2019 and has focused on rooftop solar power and rooftop green power transfer, striving to become a low-carbon electricity integration platform.
Chen Kun-hung said that Ray Ho Carbon sells green electricity through its subsidiary Watt Mr. By the end of 2025, it has accumulated over 3.4 billion kilowatt-hours in signed contracts. Its subsidiary Chun Ho Technology develops AI power generation forecasting, intelligent monitoring, and energy management platforms. It has invested in Hydro Ho Carbon's low-carbon development of ammonia-to-hydrogen power generation technology. Its subsidiary San Xiao Cultural and Creative promotes projects such as friendly agriculture and biodiversity.
Among them, Hydro Ho Carbon has completed its first round of fundraising. Acer and AUO's subsidiary, U-Power, each hold one-third of the shares, while Ray Ho Carbon and Chia Yun together hold approximately one-third.
