(Central News Agency, Reporter Lin Qiaolian, Kaohsiung, July 7) In response to the development of AI technology and the continuous transformation of the design industry, the Kaohsiung City Youth Bureau has launched the "2026 Great Harbor Classic Upgrade Proposal Competition" themed training course. It combines brand strategy, AI application, visual storytelling, and legal practice, and is now open for free registration for young people aged 18 to 35.
The Kaohsiung City Government Youth Bureau stated in a press release today that the event, themed "Brand Future RE:Branded," includes 5 major themes and a total of 10 practical courses. These courses integrate brand strategy, AI application, visual storytelling, and legal practice to help young people enhance their design proposal skills and market competitiveness.
Lin Kaixuan, Director of the Youth Bureau, said that design requires not only creativity but also brand management, business thinking, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to truly create market value. In addition to continuing to hold the "Great Harbor Classic Upgrade Proposal Competition" this year, the training courses have also been comprehensively upgraded, hoping to help young people shorten the distance between creativity and commercial application, and strengthen their proposal and brand management capabilities.
Lin Kaixuan pointed out that the Great Harbor Classic Competition has entered its fifth year since its inception, facilitating cooperation between over 50 local enterprises and emerging designers. This year, in addition to competition participants, the themed courses are also open to the general youth for the first time, hoping to allow more young people aspiring to enter the fields of design, branding, and entrepreneurship to grasp the application of AI tools and market trends in advance, thereby enhancing their future career competitiveness.
The Youth Bureau stated that this year's courses will be held successively from July 25 to September 19. The courses invite 10 experts from the fields of design, branding, marketing, and law to lecture, sharing frontline industry experience and guiding students to master brand strategy, proposal techniques, and market applications through practical case studies.
