July Taiwan Stock Futures Fall 1099 Points

(CNA Taipei, July 7) The Taiwan Stock Exchange closed down 1077.28 points today at 45479.11 points. The July Taiwan Stock Futures closed at 45775 points, down 1099 points, a premium of 295.89 points compared to the spot market.

The Taiwan Futures Exchange set the opening reference price for the index futures contracts for the past two months as follows: July futures at 46874 points, and August futures at 47144 points.

The Taiwan Stock Exchange closed down 1077.28 points today at 45479.11 points, with a transaction volume of NT$1,169,626 million.

The July Taiwan Stock Futures closed at 45775 points, down 1099 points, with 85,172 contracts traded; August futures closed at 45982 points, down 1162 points, with 1735 contracts traded. The actual closing prices are subject to the announcement by the Futures Exchange. 1150707
