(CNA, Taipei, July 9) - Food and beverage groups are moving towards multi-brand development. Louisa is transforming from a single coffee business, deepening its F&B layout, and accelerating mergers and acquisitions starting in 2026. It is expanding from affordable coffee to all-day dining, with its overall F&B brands expected to account for over 30% of revenue this year.

Facing intensifying market competition, major F&B groups are actively developing multi-brand strategies to cater to different consumer groups and improve the efficiency of large-scale store expansion. Louisa Group, celebrating its 20th anniversary, is actively transforming in 2026 through mergers, acquisitions, and multi-brand expansion, moving from affordable coffee to all-day dining.

Louisa Group announced today via press release that its brand "White Mist Time" (白霧時光), starting with premium coffee, combines F&B and diverse venues. Its first store is at Banqiao Jieshibao. It recently opened in Tainan Anping Arrtx Hotel and today announced its expansion into Tamsui Hongshulin. This new location spans approximately 260 ping (about 860 square meters), making it the largest among its three current outlets. The average customer spending ranges from NT$100 for breakfast, over NT$200 for brunch, to NT$300-400 for set meals.

Louisa Group Chairman Huang Ming-hsien stated that the "White Mist Time" brand will continue to expand into 10 locations across Taiwan, including art and cultural centers, cultural districts, hotels, and shopping malls.

Louisa stated that it currently has 10 brands and continues to develop diverse F&B brands. The F&B brands are projected to open 20 new stores, with annual revenue targeting NT$4 billion, and the F&B revenue share will exceed 30%.

In addition, Louisa Coffee's 220 directly managed stores have recently achieved record-high revenue. This year, 30 directly managed stores have been confirmed for opening.
