Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) announced this evening that all lines will operate normally tomorrow, with all trains departing according to their schedules. Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) stated that all classes of trains will run normally on all lines before 6 PM tomorrow.

The Central Weather Administration has issued a sea typhoon warning for Typhoon Bavi, and expects to issue a land typhoon warning tomorrow.

Taiwan High Speed Rail announced this evening that based on a comprehensive assessment of current meteorological information, all lines will operate normally tomorrow, with all trains departing according to their schedules. THSR will announce any necessary operational adjustments due to the typhoon as soon as possible.

According to Taiwan High Speed Rail's refund and ticket cancellation policies during typhoons, passengers who purchased tickets between the issuance of the sea typhoon warning and its cancellation, and whose trains operate normally or whose train services are changed or canceled without them having traveled, may apply for a refund at any THSR station within one year from the original travel date, with no handling fee.

In addition, regarding Taiwan Railways Administration, TRA issued a press release this evening stating that all trains will run normally before 6 PM tomorrow. An announcement regarding operations after 6 PM will be made before 2 PM tomorrow.

TRA said that train 452 from Shulin to Xinzuoying on July 10 will be canceled, and all tourist trains on July 10 and 11 will be canceled.

According to TRA's refund, exchange, and rebooking information, passengers who purchased tickets for any class of train between the issuance of the sea typhoon warning and its cancellation may apply for a refund at any station within one year from the original travel date, with no handling fee.
