Taoyuan International Airport Company announced today that the 'Taoyuan Airport Experience Camp' will be held in three sessions from late August to early September, with online registration opening at noon on July 15. In collaboration with three national airlines, each session will feature a unique themed itinerary, including visits to the North Concourse of Terminal 3.

In a press release issued this afternoon, the airport company stated that this year marks the fourth edition of the experience camp, which attracted nearly 3,000 applicants last year. This year, in partnership with three major airlines—China Airlines, EVA Air, and Starlux Airlines—each session will offer a specially designed itinerary allowing participants to explore key airline facilities, gain insights into professional aviation operations, and access airside areas for a close-up view of airport operations.

China Airlines will guide participants through a simulated cabin experience, the CAL Museum, and the flight attendant training center. EVA Air will arrange visits to ground handling fleets, a Boeing 787 flight simulator cockpit experience, and emergency cabin evacuation training. Starlux Airlines will take participants into aircraft maintenance hangars and ground service vehicle operations. Each session includes airside access, offering unique perspectives on aviation and airport operations, as well as visits to the North Concourse of Terminal 3 and an overnight stay in an on-site capsule hotel to experience the airport’s distinctive atmosphere.

This year’s camp will be held in three sessions: August 22–23, August 29–30, and September 5–6. Each session will accept 36 participants—8 more than last year—at a fee of NT$5,000 per person. Full attendance will earn participants a certificate and commemorative gift. The program is open to individuals aged 18 and above. The list of accepted applicants is scheduled to be announced on July 31. The airport company reminds the public that registration information will only be released via the official website and official Facebook page, and urges caution against scams through LINE or social media messages.
