According to a report by Central News Agency, an accident occurred today at 'Hua Niang Xiao Guan,' a restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan, famously frequented by Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA. At around 1:48 p.m., a male employee accidentally dropped a gas canister from a portable camping stove during operation, causing a gas leak that resulted in burns to his hands and feet. The employee remained conscious, and after receiving emergency assistance from the fire department, he was transported to a hospital for treatment.
'Hua Niang Xiao Guan' is one of the well-known restaurants that Jensen Huang visits during his trips to Taiwan. Another restaurant on his must-visit list, 'Zhuanyao Guzaowei Retro Restaurant,' experienced a fire incident in February this year, though no injuries were reported. This latest incident has raised concerns about safety protocols at such high-profile dining establishments.
