(CNA reporter You Kai-xiang, Taipei, July 26) The Ministry of National Defense released an update today on the movements of Chinese military vessels and aircraft. From 6:00 a.m. yesterday to 6:00 a.m. today, 7 Chinese naval vessels, 3 government ships, and 4 sorties of Chinese military aircraft were detected. Taiwan's military is closely monitoring and responding using mission aircraft, naval vessels, and land-based missile systems.

The Ministry of National Defense announced this morning that, between 6:00 a.m. yesterday and 6:00 a.m. today, it detected 7 Chinese naval vessels, 3 government ships, and 4 military aircraft operating around the Taiwan Strait. During this period, no Chinese military aircraft crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait.
