Taiwanese-American player Stuart 'Fei Zai' Fairchild performed well representing Taiwan in the World Baseball Classic (WBC). His wife, Hanna Fairchild, who was invited to throw the ceremonial first pitch for the CPBL's Wei Chuan Dragons during her visit to Taiwan, also had a happy reunion with her favorite mascot 'O-Gao'.

Speaking about her impressions of Taiwan, Hanna mentioned that Taiwanese people are very friendly and passionate. She was surprised to find that urbanized Taipei has good green coverage and she really likes the city. She also noted that Tianmu Baseball Stadium is beautiful with a great view, and she hopes to visit Taiwan's beaches to enjoy the scenery.

Hanna also attended the WBC games in Tokyo, Japan. She highly praised Taiwan's excellent cheering culture, stating that one must experience it firsthand to understand it, and expressed hope that America could learn from Taiwan's experience and bring its cheering culture to the US.

Hanna stated that Stuart had not stayed in Taiwan for long previously and hadn't had a chance to explore much, but he had already felt the warmth of the Taiwanese people. Fans he met on the street would loudly tell Stuart 'I love you,' an experience that was very special and not encountered in the US.

Hanna specifically mentioned that she never expected so many Taiwanese fans to come to Tokyo to cheer for the team. She met many Taiwanese fans who asked for photos, making it an unforgettable experience to see so many Taiwanese fans in different countries. (Editor: Chang Ya-ching) 1150407
