ACX-KY announced its first-quarter financial results, with revenue reaching a record NT$20.863 billion, up 29.4% year-on-year and 5.5% quarter-on-quarter. Net profit attributable to the parent company was NT$2.273 billion, a 41% increase year-on-year, though down 17% from the previous quarter. Earnings per share were NT$11.66. The gross margin decreased to 28.76%, down 3.17 percentage points from the previous quarter and 1.62 percentage points year-on-year, falling below 30%. ACX-KY attributed the revenue growth to its HPC (High-Performance Computing) business, which saw a 125% year-on-year increase. Industrial business also grew significantly. Automotive business showed a strong recovery, up 16% year-on-year. Consumer electronics business remained conservative, with a slight decrease of 2% quarter-on-quarter.
