Penghu Epidemic Prevention Concert Commemorates First SARS Victim Doctor Lin Chung-wei

Magong City in Penghu held a public health and epidemic prevention concert at the Chung-wei Memorial Park to honor Dr. Lin Chung-wei, Taiwan's first physician to die in the line of duty during the SARS outbreak. Attended by nearly 300 people, the event aimed to instill long-term public health awareness.
