Tsai Chin-tsai, son of Yunlin County Council Deputy Speaker Tsai Yung-te, has been implicated in another violent incident. Previously detained for allegedly assaulting the former chairwoman of Chaotian Temple, Tsai is now investigated for a case involving a victim being forced to kneel. The incident, stemming from a parking dispute during last year's temple festival, surfaced recently via an online video. Police formed a task force, interrogated Tsai from detention, and arrested 10 other accomplices, seizing iron bars as evidence. The suspects have been handed over to the prosecutors for offenses including assault and deprivation of liberty.
