Taiwanese comic artist Chang Sheng has made history by becoming the first creator from Taiwan to receive two nominations at the Eisner Awards for his work "Yan Tiehua". The comic is nominated for Best U.S. Edition of International Material–Asia and Best Writer/Artist. Published by Dala Publishing and introduced to North America by TITAN MANGA, the story follows a Peking opera actress who becomes a superhero. The winners will be announced on July 24 at the San Diego Comic-Con.
