Following the conclusion of the Trump-Xi summit in Beijing, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun remained tight-lipped when pressed by reporters on whether agreements were reached regarding semiconductor controls, rare earth supplies, purchases of Boeing aircraft, agricultural products, and oil. Guo emphasized that both sides should implement the consensus reached by the two leaders based on mutual benefit. Regarding US arms sales to Taiwan, Beijing reiterated its strong opposition.
