Chinese Culture University Adopts AI Platform at Job Fair, Boosting Matching Efficiency with E-Resumes

Students can quickly submit their resumes via electronic formats and engage in real-time company matching, enhancing interview efficiency and the convenience of job hunting. In a press release today, CCU stated that its "2026 Talent Navigator, Salary Soaring" job fair was held recently, attracting nearly 40 well-known companies from diverse sectors including food and beverage, retail, machinery, chemicals, technology, hospitality, education, food processing, logistics, and financial services, offering a total of over 1,600 job openings. At this year's job fair, CCU launched the "AI Career Copilot" smart career platform, which integrates functions such as AI resume check-ups, career navigation, internship matching, job information integration, and industry trend analysis. Through a 24-hour smart guidance mechanism, it helps students stay updated on job vacancies and the skills required in the workplace. Li I-Chun, Dean of Student Affairs at CCU, said that the university values students' career development. Through curriculum design, corporate internships, industry-academia cooperation, and career counseling mechanisms, it helps students connect with the industry during their studies, thus realizing the goal of "integrating learning with practice." This fair not only provides recruitment and matching opportunities for companies but also builds a platform for dialogue between students and the industry, helping students grasp industry trends and understand necessary workplace skills.
