She said that since its publication, 'Taiwan Travelogue' has received numerous accolades in Taiwan and internationally, including the 2021 Golden Tripod Award for Literary Books in Taiwan, the Grand Prize at the 2024 Japan Translation Awards, and in the same year, the English version won the National Book Award for Translated Literature in the United States. To date, rights have been sold in 24 countries, with sales exceeding 40,000 copies in Taiwan and over 10,000 copies each in Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Cheng Li-chun expressed that whenever she sees Yang Shuang-tzu and Lin King touring the world with 'Taiwan Travelogue' for seminars and lectures, embracing their passion for literature and creating tirelessly, finally bringing Taiwanese literature into the hall of world literature, she feels immense pride and emotion.
