Wan Tai Tech's Vietnam and Thailand Subsidiaries Announce Dividend Payouts

(CNA, Taipei, 20th) Wan Tai Technology announced today on behalf of its key subsidiary, Wan Tai Electric Wire & Cable (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., that its board of directors has resolved to distribute a dividend. The cash dividend amounts to US$1.2 million, with an ex-dividend date of September 1 and a payment date of September 28. Simultaneously, it also announced on behalf of its key subsidiary, Wan Tai Electric Wire & Cable (Thailand) Co., Ltd., that its board has resolved to distribute a dividend. The cash dividend for the Thai subsidiary is THB 30 million, with an ex-dividend date of July 1 and a payment date of July 27. Wan Tai Tech also announced that its subsidiary in Thailand will hold its 2026 annual general meeting on May 29 at the main conference hall of the Wan Tai Chonburi factory office in Thailand. The agenda will include the 2025 operational report, approval of the 2025 financial statements, discussion of the 2025 profit distribution, re-election of retiring directors, and appointment of the certified public accountant for 2026 and determination of their audit fees. Wan Tai Technology's main business operations include LAN cables, electronic wires, automotive wires, power cords, and computer cables. The company recently released its first-quarter financial report, showing a quarterly revenue of NT$2.491 billion, a net profit attributable to owners of the parent company of NT$79.23 million, and a basic earnings per share of NT$0.43.
