Hotai Motor: Kuozui Guanyin Plant to Produce Toyota Noah and Voxy Models in October

According to Japanese media reports, Toyota Motor Corporation will establish a dedicated production line in Taiwan to supply its main models back to the Japanese market, with exports expected to begin in October. Hotai Motor, a close partner of Toyota, confirmed today that its affiliated company, Kuozui Motors' Guanyin factory in Taoyuan, will start producing Toyota Noah and Voxy models from October. Hotai Motor told CNA reporters that in addition to the current production at Toyota's Fujimatsu plant in Japan, the Noah and Voxy models will also be produced at Kuozui Motors' Guanyin factory in Taiwan starting this October, officially establishing a dual production system for domestic and overseas markets. Kuozui Motors is Toyota's manufacturing base in Taiwan, a joint venture between Toyota Motor, Hino, and Hotai Motor, with over 40 years of production history in Taiwan.
