Hua-An Margin Trading Suspended Starting May 25 Due to Net Asset Value Below Par

The Taiwan Stock Exchange announced today that, based on the first-quarter financial reports released by listed companies (excluding financial holding companies), the list of securities subject to suspension or resumption of margin trading has been updated. Among them, Hua-An will have its margin trading suspended in accordance with regulations because its net asset value per share has fallen below par. Three companies—Mercuries Life Insurance, Les Enphants, and Guang Ding—will resume margin trading as their net asset value per share has recovered to above par. The exchange stated that the above adjustments will be implemented starting May 25.
