Central News Agency (Taipei, 22nd) Chunghwa Post is promoting its 'EZPost' member shipping service. From today until December 31, customers who pre-fill data and select an 'iBox' as the delivery address, or choose 'Box-to-Box' shipping at any iBox location, can enjoy a shipping rate of NT$38. Chunghwa Post continues to promote postal digital transformation. Vice President Tsai Wen-ching stated at a press conference today that the company is actively promoting the EZPost shipping service to provide convenient and diverse digital shipping channels. EZPost integrates domestic shipping, international shipping, shipping to mainland China, and door-to-door pickup services. Users can pre-enter shipping information online to reduce on-site writing time and improve efficiency. To encourage the use of self-service shipping, Tsai noted that the NT$38 discount applies to domestic general parcels. Tsai mentioned that the company has already partnered with several e-commerce platforms and will continue to expand its e-commerce client base. He also noted that the number of iBox shipments in 2025 was approximately 5.8 million, and the goal for this year is to increase that by another 1.8 million. Chunghwa Post pointed out that iBox provides 24/7 self-service shipping and pickup. Each iBox has a dedicated '3+3 postal code,' allowing users to use a nearby or frequently used iBox as a second delivery address, providing flexibility and avoiding the inconvenience of missing deliveries while away from home. According to Chunghwa Post data, previous iBox shipping fees were 60, 65, and 70 NTD based on size, while 'Box-to-Box' fees are 55 and 60 NTD.
