(CNA, Taipei, May 25) At the WTT Feeder event in Hennebont, France, Taiwanese player Feng Yi-hsin swept Belgium's Cedric Nuytinck 3-0 in the final today to win the men's singles title. Meanwhile, Taiwanese player Yeh Yi-tien also claimed the women's singles championship. The 23-year-old Feng, ranked 55th in the world, was the second seed in the men's singles. He demonstrated dominance throughout the tournament, winning five consecutive matches, including a victory over his Taiwanese teammate Hsu Hsien-chia in the semifinals, to secure his first-ever WTT series title. In the final, Feng faced world No. 98 Cedric Nuytinck. Despite a tight start, Feng capitalized on key moments to win the first two sets 11-7 and 11-8. He continued his momentum in the third set, taking an 8-2 lead and eventually winning 11-6. Additionally, 18-year-old rising star Yeh Yi-tien, the second seed in the women's singles, faced world No. 55 Natalia Bajor of Poland in the final. After splitting the first two sets, Yeh went on a 10-point scoring run in the third set to win 11-3, and held her nerve in the final set to win 11-9.
