Unknown Person Sprays Substance in Tokyo's Ginza, 16 People Feel Unwell

According to Japanese investigators, an unknown person sprayed a substance resembling a spray near a wall inside a bank in the Ginza district of Chuo Ward, Tokyo, around noon today. 16 people reported symptoms such as throat pain. The perpetrator fled the scene. The Tokyo Fire Department stated that the 16 individuals, both men and women, are conscious and preparing to seek medical attention; their conditions are considered mild.
