Chief Telecom, an IDC operator, announced on the 25th a strategic partnership with MoBagel and Qualcomm to launch a private, on-premise 'Agentic AI' platform for enterprises. Chief Telecom stated that this partnership not only opens a second growth curve but also drives core product sales.

Chief Telecom Chairman Shao Hong-jia stated that generative AI has become a core emerging tool for enterprises, and data privacy and computing costs are key indicators of successful AI transformation. In this partnership, Chief Telecom integrates MoBagel's Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology with Qualcomm's high-performance edge AI and computing capabilities to assist industries such as finance, manufacturing, and retail in achieving automated intelligent decision-making while ensuring data sovereignty.

The enterprise private on-premise Agentic AI platform uses MoBagel's RAG technology as its core. By deeply integrating with existing ERP, CRM, and real-time databases, it transforms scattered data into precise summaries and decision-making reports with citations. The solution is equipped with Qualcomm's Cloud AI 100 Ultra accelerator and is deployed in Chief Telecom's internationally certified local data centers, providing stable power and environmental monitoring.
