Ma Ying-jeou Foundation Scandal: King Pu-tsung Presents Evidence of Financial Misconduct by Hsiao Hsu-tsung and Others

According to the Central News Agency, former Ma Ying-jeou Foundation employees Hsiao Hsu-tsung and Wang Kuang-tzu are under investigation for alleged financial misconduct. King Pu-tsung, representing former President Ma, stated today that Wang distributed year-end bonuses in cash without recording them in the foundation's accounts, violating financial discipline. He also presented a photo of Hsiao holding cash with Taiwan Business Association President Han Ying-huan, noting no corresponding deposit records. Foundation CEO Tai Hsia-ling questioned the trio's unauthorized visit to mainland China. Ma Ying-jeou, dissatisfied with previous internal findings, has authorized legal action to hold them accountable.
