According to the Central News Agency, Topco Scientific held a full board election at its shareholders' meeting on the 26th, immediately followed by the election of a new chairman. Former co-general manager Tseng Hai-hua was promoted to chairman, while former chairman Pan Chung-liang stepped down but remains on the board. Topco previously operated under a dual-general manager system with Tseng and Lee Cheng-jung; following Tseng's promotion, Lee will serve as the sole general manager. Benefiting from the AI-driven surge in demand for advanced semiconductor processes, Topco has seen strong demand for key materials such as photoresists, photomask substrates, and silicon wafers. In 2025, revenue reached NT$67.583 billion, an 18.57% increase from 2024, crossing the NT$60 billion mark for the first time. Net profit attributable to the parent company rose 14.3% to NT$4.18 billion, setting a new historical record with an EPS of NT$21.81. The shareholders' meeting approved a cash dividend of NT$13.5 per share.
