As negotiations between the US and Iran to end the conflict in the Middle East reach a critical moment, a White House official stated that President Trump is expected to hold a rare cabinet meeting tomorrow at Camp David, the presidential retreat. According to AFP, Trump has visited this secluded retreat in the mountains of Maryland less frequently than his predecessors, highlighting the sensitivity of the discussions. The New York Post reported that the Iran issue will be the focus of the meeting, with all cabinet members expected to attend, and domestic economic issues are also on the agenda. Trump stated on the 23rd that Washington and Tehran are close to an agreement to end the Middle East conflict, but negotiations remain tense, and he warned that he might resume airstrikes against Iran.
