New Book by Positive Psychology Founder Professor Seligman et al., "Tomorrowmind" (Japanese Edition): "The Way to Live from Now On" - The Power to Recover Repeatedly in a Shaking World - Supervised and Edited

"We are accepting consultations for lectures and training programs on themes such as improving employee/staff/student well-being, fostering resilience, human capital management, and career development."

"I'm working hard, but I can't see the future."

"Changes are too fast, I'm worried if I can keep up."

"My past experiences and success formulas are no longer applicable."

Many people spend their days with such thoughts.

The rapid evolution of AI, major changes in society and work styles, an era of uncertainty about the future—

We are now living through unprecedented change.

The more serious and responsible people are,

The more they have supported those around them,

They may feel anxiety and uncertainty about whether "things are okay as they are" or "how their role will change from now on."

However, what is needed to survive in an era of change is not special talent.

The ability to foresee the future, find meaning, connect with others, and stand up again and again is a strength that anyone can cultivate.

The new book "Tomorrowmind" (Japanese Edition) introduces "Tomorrowmind (Future Adaptability)," based on the latest research in positive psychology, for living flexibly in an era of change.

This lecture goes beyond simply providing knowledge; it supports each participant in having hope for their own future and taking the first step forward from tomorrow, through scientific insights and practical workshops.

"In an uncertain era, we create the future with hope."

We will deliver a space for dialogue to many organizations, communities, and educational sites for this purpose.

"What will happen to my job from now on?"

For those who have had such questions cross their minds.

Ways of working will change. Careers will change.

AI, society, and common sense itself are changing.

In such an era, what should we rely on to live?

Is it the latest skills? Is it a strong mentality?

"Tomorrowmind" proposes a slightly different answer.

It is a "mental OS" for continuing to draw the future without fear of change, connecting with people, and demonstrating one's own abilities.

In this course, using the worldview of "Tomorrowmind: How to Live from Now On" as an entry point,

This is a special limited course to learn and practice together with the Japanese edition translator.

We will experientially explore the five psychological abilities "PRISM" necessary for the coming era,

not only through lectures but also through psychological tests, dialogue, and mini-practical exercises.

-----

Both those who have read the book and those who are about to read it are welcome.

We hope to spend two hours together thinking slowly about "how I want to work and live from now on," rather than searching for the right answer.

The translator and supervising editor will introduce research and practical activities related to "Tomorrowmind" that they have been involved in alongside their translation and research work.

In addition, we will also convey perspectives that were not sufficiently covered in the book and supplementary explanations that could not be included.

*As this is a special event, there is no set date for the next session. We would be grateful if you could take this opportunity to participate.
