The Coca-Cola Educational & Environmental Foundation (Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidetake Itsuji; hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) is accepting applications for the '32nd Coca-Cola Environmental Education Award' (hereinafter referred to as the Award), which honors outstanding activities related to environmental conservation, awareness, beautification, reduction of environmental impact, and environmental education, from Wednesday, April 1 to Monday, August 31, 2026.
Since its establishment in 1994, this award has been providing grants and support to activities in various regions with the aim of promoting environmental education and conservation activities. The number of applying organizations to date has reached over 2,400 nationwide.
The final selection and award ceremony for this year will be held online on Saturday, October 17.
For its 32nd edition, based on the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), which are common goals of the international community, and the direction of sustainability tackled by the entire Coca-Cola system, the award will solicit applications in two categories: the 'Activity Dissemination Category' for elementary and junior high school students and their instructors, and the 'Planning and Research Promotion Category' for high school students and above. We will commend them as follows.
Furthermore, an experiential study session (scheduled for January 9-11, 2027) will be held at the Coca-Cola Environment House in Yubari-gun, Hokkaido, where award-winning organizations from all over the country will gather to deepen interactions and learn about nature, targeting the award-winning organizations and individuals.
