Code Takt Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO Masaki Goto) will hold an online webinar "Graduate from 'Training Ends Here'! How to Design and Implement Training Working Backward from Organizational Issues" on July 22, 2026, inviting e-ஃபல்கன் Inc. and Kakehashi Sky Inc.

This webinar proposes a method of training that leads to results, by establishing a continuous process from grasping the current situation using data to practicing and reviewing in the field for learning retention, in response to challenges faced by many companies in human resource development, such as the transience of training and its disconnection from practical work. Recorded distribution will also be available on July 23 (Thu) and 24 (Fri).

Systematizing superficial training into a "self-sustaining growth cycle"

In recent years, many companies are facing challenges of formality and obsolescence leading to dysfunction, despite advancing the operation of systems and measures related to human capital management. The key to rooting systems and measures in an organization lies in a "sustainable development mechanism" and "communication."

Therefore, we, who have been supporting individual and organizational growth through the provision of "Team Takt," will act as moderators, bringing together top runners in each field. We are holding a 10-part webinar series to update existing frameworks and maximize the potential of people and organizations.

The theme of this second session is "A Development Mechanism That Delivers Results." Originally, training is not an end in itself, but a "means" to solve organizational and human resource issues and lead to results. To make training truly effective, it is essential to make it a series of development processes, rather than a one-off event, such as the following:

1 Grasping the "current status" of the organization and human resources using data

2 "Training design directly linked to practical work" tailored to the current situation

3 "Mechanism for learning retention" that repeats practice and review

This webinar will provide hints on how to "not end training with training" based on the knowledge of three leading companies in these areas and specific examples.

Program Content

Part 1: Why doesn't that training work in the field? ~The starting line for training design, starting from grasping the organization's "current status"~ (e-ஃபல்கன் Inc.) Part 2: Key points for employee training design to take a step forward from the current status (Kakehashi Sky Inc.)

Part 3: A retention cycle of practice and review to apply training learnings to practical work (Code Takt Inc.)

Recommended for:

Those who are concerned that training ends transiently and does not lead to behavioral change or results in the field.

Those who are struggling with identifying and designing necessary training due to an inability to grasp the current situation of the organization or individuals.

Those who are seeking a system to continue practice and review after training.

Those who wish to review training and development measures and build a cycle where employees grow autonomously.

About "Team Takt"

Team Takt is a system for reflection management composed of a "reflection method" that learns from experience and a "learning platform" that strengthens teams.

Through reflection templates and AI feedback, it enables reflections that turn individual experiences into lessons and enhance team creativity, solving the problems of one-way reporting and excessive burden found in traditional weekly reports and one-on-one meetings.

Furthermore, by combining it with human support such as onboarding, operational support, and consulting provided by our company, the effectiveness of reflection can be further enhanced.

Companies aiming for "self-sustaining and self-driving people and organizations" are rapidly adopting it, achieving results such as improved self-management skills and reduced turnover rates. URL: https://teamtakt.biz/
