Cloud PBX 'VoiceX' begins integration with Cloud FAX.

Comsquare Co., Ltd. has started a service integration between its cloud PBX service 'VoiceX' and 'CLOUD FAX' provided by Cloud Union Co., Ltd. With the recent spread of telework and the trend toward operational efficiency, there is a growing need to send and receive faxes from anywhere. Through this integration, we provide an environment where users can utilize their VoiceX phone numbers to send, receive, and manage faxes via a browser. It is also possible to migrate existing fax numbers via number portability. Faxes can be sent easily from a dedicated management screen, and received documents are converted to PDF, directly contributing to paperless operations and cost reduction. It is also an effective solution for BCP measures.
