CIO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Moriguchi City, Osaka; CEO: Shodai Nakahashi) will launch a project on the crowdfunding service "Makuake" on May 29, 2026, for the "CIO Cerberus," designed to neatly organize charging cables around your desk. This product was born from the idea of Mr. Horiguchi of monograph, who wanted to create a product that makes cables disappear from the desk. You can pull out the cables from the main unit installed under or beside the desk only when needed, and store them smoothly using the cord reel mechanism when finished. It allows you to consolidate charging cables for multiple devices used daily, such as PCs, smartphones, and earphones, in one place. The cables use a cord reel system that extends up to approximately 68cm on one side, ensuring a usable length for both the front and back of the desk while storing neatly when not in use. The side connecting to the charger features a fixed 11.5cm cable, making it easy to handle around desks or wiring boxes and minimizing visible excess wiring. The unit supports both magnetic attachment and adhesive stickers. It can be easily installed on steel desks with magnets, and for environments where magnets cannot be used, such as wooden desks, it can be fixed with the included stickers. The cradle for storing the cables has a special guide, ensuring a pleasant experience even when retracting the cord reel.
