About the Andel Health Management Certification

The Andel Health Management Certification is a program through which the Company independently selects and certifies enterprises that value their employees and actively practice health management in daily operations.

Selection is based on the utilization of "Andel Work" and each company's internal health initiatives. Certified companies and their key achievements will be introduced sequentially on the dedicated website.

*This certification is independently conducted by the Company and differs from public certification programs such as the "Certified Health Management Excellent Corporation" program by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Conference.

Background of the Initiative

The concept of "health management," treating employee well-being as a strategic business issue, is gaining traction across companies regardless of size or industry. Since the launch of "Andel Work," the Company has supported over 200 organizations in promoting employee health.

However, health initiatives only yield results when employees actively use them and they become embedded in daily work routines—achieving sustained adoption is challenging. Through its support efforts, the Company has observed numerous cases where management and frontline teams work together to implement effective initiatives. These consistent, day-to-day efforts often go unnoticed externally.

This program was launched to express respect and gratitude for such corporate dedication and achievements, and to widely share these practices with society.
