Approximately 70% of respondents have met a boss they respect. The top reasons for respect were 'protecting subordinates in times of need,' 'accurate instructions/guidance,' and 'rich knowledge and experience,' all tying for first place.

Conversely, 90% of respondents have worked under a 'problematic boss,' with bosses who change their attitude depending on the person being the most avoided. The top expectation for a boss was 'fair and impartial evaluation.'
