Kaonavi Marks 5 Years of 'Government Cloud', Scaling Public Sector Clients by 5x

Kaonavi, Inc. announced that five years have passed since the launch of 'Kaonavi Government Cloud', a talent management system customized for government agencies. Public sector clients, including the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Kushiro, Yokohama, and Naha, have grown significantly. The number of annual adoptions has increased approximately five-fold compared to the initial fiscal year 2021. To address human resource issues such as rising retirement rates among young local civil servants, talent management is key. Kaonavi is the first talent management vendor to obtain Japan's Information System Security Management and Assessment Program (ISMAP) registration, ensuring robust security. On July 24, 2026, Kaonavi will host a free networking event for government and municipal HR personnel, featuring speakers from the National Personnel Authority and Yokosuka City, focusing on training and engagement.
