Evening drink set featuring the original shochu 'Pushu -Wakako no Shochu-' from the hit comic 'Wakako-zake' now on sale

KURAND Co., Ltd. will begin sales of an original evening drink set featuring the hit comic 'Wakako-zake' starting May 26, 2026 (Tue) at 5:00 PM on its online liquor store, 'Kurand'.

Sales begin for the original shochu 'Pushu -Wakako no Shochu-', for which the author of 'Wakako-zake', Chie Shinkyu, selected the liquor herself and created an original label illustration. The set comes with Miyazaki beef jerky and a bottle-keep tag-style charm as purchase bonuses.

'Pushu -Wakako no Shochu-' is a product from Miyazaki Prefecture's Akashi Sake Brewery, made by blending potato shochu (using Koganesengan) and rice shochu, and aging it for seven years, resulting in a rich sweetness, umami, and depth.
