'Irresistible Coffee Jelly' is an adult-oriented, intoxicating dessert featuring rum. The coffee jelly, with a bitter profile enhanced by Okinawan brown sugar, is infused with aromatic rum. The set also includes two types of liqueurs: a milk cream liqueur made from Hokkaido whole milk powder and a fragrant caramel liqueur. Customers can enjoy the jelly as is, or by pouring one or both of the liqueurs over it.
Deep richness and sweetness are achieved in the base coffee jelly by adding a generous amount of Okinawan brown sugar to the intense bitterness.
