Linkers Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hidenobu Kafuku; hereinafter "Linkers") is pleased to announce that its service "LFB API Connect," which automatically links financial institutions' core systems (CRM/SFA) with our business matching system "Linkers for BANK" (hereinafter "LFB") via API, has commenced utilization at financial institutions.
Background of Feature Development and Industry Issues Resolved
In financial institutions' diverse solution activities, including business matching, a major challenge has been the increase in administrative workload and management burden due to the duplicate entry of the same corporate information and project achievements into multiple systems (such as CRM/SFA and LFB). There was also a risk of information inconsistency (data discrepancies) due to failures in real-time updates.
Against this backdrop, we developed and launched "LFB API Connect" as an environment that automatically links existing core systems with LFB, maintaining up-to-date data in both systems with a single input operation.
System Integration Image and Benefits of "LFB API Connect"
"LFB API Connect" is a service that automatically links existing CRM/SFA with LFB via API.
1. Elimination of Duplicate Entry (Correction of Double Entry)
A single input operation into one system simultaneously completes data updates in the other system. This eliminates duplicate data entry between systems and significantly improves the efficiency of administrative tasks.
2. Centralized Information and Enhanced Governance
Centralized management of master data corrects data discrepancies, realizing real-time information management and control based on consistently up-to-date and accurate data.
3. Resource Shift to High-Value (Core) Operations
The administrative workload reduction frees up resources that can be allocated to "revenue-generating, high-value operations" such as in-depth exploration of advanced customer issues and solution proposals.
Comments from Adopting Financial Institution (The San-in Godo Bank, Ltd.)
We feel that the introduction of "LFB API Connect" has made data linkage between systems smoother and has led to increased efficiency in our internal operations.
In particular, the automatic email notification function during the approval circulation process in LFB (Gogin BMS) has made it easier to share information and has helped shorten the time required for circulation. Furthermore, information is smoothly linked when the contact person for a client changes, which also reduces the burden on our head office.
We will continue to strive for improved operational productivity and provide even faster services to our customers.
* The San-in Godo Bank, Ltd. is utilizing the function to link "corporate information, employee information, and circulation information" from their internal systems to LFB (as of June 2026).
Future Outlook
"LFB API Connect" is currently undergoing continuous expansion and development of data linkage patterns tailored to needs, such as "linking from CRM to LFB," "linking from LFB to CRM," and "bidirectional linking," to further improve convenience for both field operations and head office.
Our company will continue to support the DX (Digital Transformation) of partner companies, including financial institutions, and contribute to the revitalization of regional economies through open innovation.
