Form DX Launches Integration with Electronic Approval Service 'Shachihata Cloud'

OPRO Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazunori Satomi) has launched an integration between its cloud document service 'Form DX' and the electronic approval service 'Shachihata Cloud' provided by Shachihata Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; President: Seigo Funahashi). This integration allows documents generated in Form DX to proceed directly to internal approval and circulation processes within Shachihata Cloud. Sales and administrative staff can handle everything from document generation to internal approval with a single click within their CRM, enhancing operational efficiency and governance. The system utilizes data from CRM/SFA platforms like Salesforce and kintone, automatically generating PDFs that are sent directly to Shachihata Cloud. This eliminates the need for applicants to open the Shachihata Cloud interface to start circulation. A joint online seminar will be held on July 2nd to demonstrate this workflow.
