Opro Announces Functional Additions to "Kamiless AI Agent" on Salesforce AgentExchange

This functional expansion includes the "Attached File Check AI," which reads the content of files such as PDF, Word, Excel, and images attached during application submission and cross-references them with application details and review rules, and the "Self-Check AI," which allows applicants to verify the context, validity, and completeness of their application details before submission. By adding AI-powered checks to Kamiless's robust validation features, such as mandatory fields, format checks, inter-field checks, and conditional logic, Opro aims to reduce the manual visual inspection of attached documents previously performed by staff, as well as the back-and-forth of rejections and resubmissions that burdened both applicants and staff.

Attached File Check AI

The "Attached File Check AI" is a function that uses AI to read files such as PDF, Word, Excel, and images attached during application submission and cross-references them with the information entered on the application screen and pre-set review rules. Previously, for applications including attached documents, review staff had to open each attached file individually, visually confirm its contents, and then verify its consistency with the application details and the fulfillment of necessary items. In particular, with multi-line data in Excel, reports in PDF or Word, and receipts/proof images, the number of items to check was high, posing a challenge for review staff in terms of workload and the risk of overlooking items. The Attached File Check AI assists in tasks such as cross-referencing the date of use, amount, and store name on a receipt with the application details, matching the total amount and number of items in Excel spreadsheets with the submitted values, and checking if necessary confirmation items, investigation results, and conclusions are included in reports in Word/PDF format. This function streamlines the confirmation of attached document content, its cross-referencing with application details, and checks based on checklists and manuals, thereby supporting the review decisions made by staff. By detecting obvious deficiencies and inconsistencies early on, it helps reduce the man-hours spent on rejections and re-checks.

Self-Check AI

The "Self-Check AI" is a function that allows applicants to have AI check the context and validity of their application details before submission, pointing out potential reasons for rejection in advance. Kamiless has previously worked to prevent input errors and omissions by providing an easy-to-view input screen similar to paper forms, along with robust validation features such as mandatory fields, format checks, inter-field checks, and conditional logic. In addition to these existing validations, the Self-Check AI uses AI to review the context of the application details, the validity of the written content, insufficient explanations, and the consistency between the reason for application and the intended use, which are difficult to determine by rules alone. For example, if the content of a free-form field is too abstract and lacks the necessary explanations for review, or if the connection between the reason for application and the attached documents/intended use is unclear, the AI will point this out before submission. Applicants can then review and revise their content on the spot if necessary before submitting, thus preventing rejections and resubmissions after staff review. This allows applicants to check their application details 24/7 before submission, and also reduces the burden on staff for handling inquiries, rejections, re-checks, and re-processing. For operations that receive a large volume of applications, such as those in local governments and financial institutions, combining Kamiless's existing validation with AI-powered contextual checks helps improve application quality and reduce rejections.
