Background As the decline in the working population and the need to respond to technological innovation become urgent issues, there is widespread recognition that treating human resources as capital and investing to maximize their value directly leads to improved corporate value. Consequently, social interest and the importance of human capital are increasing further.
Under these circumstances, the "Human Capital Visualization Guidelines (Revised Edition)" was published by the Cabinet Secretariat, the Financial Services Agency, and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in March 2026 (https://www.cas.go.jp/jp/houdou/20260323.html). These guidelines provide more in-depth content than before regarding how information on human resource investment should be disclosed. In response, there is a stronger demand from stakeholders, including investors and job seekers, to explicitly demonstrate the linkage between management strategy and human resource strategy from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives.
Significance of Implementation In light of this situation, the Company has decided to begin disclosing human capital information, primarily from the following perspectives.
**Recognition of importance related to the business domain:** As a company operating a business aimed at solving HR challenges, we believe we should take the initiative in visualizing the status of human resource utilization and have positioned this as an important management issue.
**Prompt response to the latest guidelines:** By disclosing information in compliance with the contents of the above guidelines, we will demonstrate the soundness of our organizational management to internal and external parties while ensuring transparency.
**Voluntary initiative:** Currently, the Company is not legally obligated to disclose human capital information. However, regardless of obligation, we determined that proactive information disclosure regarding human resources—the foundation of corporate growth—is essential for building social trust.
Through the disclosure of human capital information starting now, the Company will sincerely address its own organizational challenges, further strengthen its organizational structure and human resource development systems, and promote its management strategy. We will continue to strive for sustainable growth by maintaining timely and appropriate information disclosure.
