SIRUTAS Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazuki Ohara; hereinafter 'the Company'), with the mission of 'effortless healthcare', has implemented a third-party allotment of new shares to Nisshin Oillio Group, Ltd. (hereinafter 'Nisshin Oillio') and existing shareholder giftee Inc. (hereinafter 'giftee').

We will accelerate the development of a health data analysis platform utilizing purchase data and promote the social implementation of a 'pre-disease/preventive infrastructure' where healthy behaviors are naturally encouraged through daily shopping. In this round, we plan to continue capital alliances and fundraising with operating companies and venture capitals that sympathize with this vision.

- 'Pre-disease Infrastructure' Required in the Era of 45 Trillion Yen Medical Costs With the progression of aging in Japan, medical expenses have exceeded 45 trillion yen annually, increasing the importance of preventive medicine. On the other hand, traditional health management services such as health checkups and health apps face the challenge that 'only highly conscious people continue them', making it difficult to continuously prompt behavioral changes in consumers. Amidst this, a new preventive approach utilizing daily life data is attracting attention.

- A New Healthcare Model Utilizing Purchase Data SIRUTAS is developing 'SIRU+', a healthcare platform that analyzes characteristics of dietary habits, nutritional status, and purchasing behavior based on purchase data from supermarkets, providing personalized action proposals.

SIRU+ not only analyzes nutritional status but also analyzes users' food preferences and daily purchasing tendencies to recommend foods that are actually likely to be bought. When recommending, AI also analyzes and optimizes comments and proposals that resonate well with users. Furthermore, because it is linked with purchase data, we can verify with data whether the recommended products were actually purchased, and based on the results, AI continuously improves recommendation accuracy.

Currently, it is used by about 100,000 users, analyzing approximately 46 million purchase data items per month. Users purchase an average of about 90 items per month, and the rate at which products recommended by the app are actually purchased reaches approximately 10%.

In this way, by making personalized food proposals based on data, we aim for the social implementation of a 'sustainable preventive model' that naturally leads to healthy behaviors through daily shopping.

- Purpose of Fundraising Centered on our technology to visualize nutritional balance from purchase data at supermarkets, we will strengthen collaboration with the following two companies to establish a 'sustainable behavioral change model' and accelerate the social implementation of 'pre-disease/preventive infrastructure'.

Collaboration with Nisshin Oillio Fusing the Nutritional Expertise of a Food Manufacturer with Data As a leading company in vegetable oil, Nisshin Oillio is expanding its business into a wide range of areas centered on edible oils, including foods for the elderly and nursing care, fats and oils for chocolate, and cosmetic ingredients. Through this collaboration, we aim to realize personalized proposals based on each consumer's nutritional status by combining Nisshin Oillio's expertise in lipid nutrition with SIRUTAS's purchase data and nutritional analysis technology.

In addition, both companies will jointly cultivate supermarkets where SIRUTAS can acquire purchase data, advancing the creation of an infrastructure that solves consumers' health issues through purchase data.
