Survey Overview and Background
SOYOKAZE, a company that develops nursing care services, conducted a survey titled "Survey on Home Nursing Care and Respite Care Usage among the Working Generation" targeting working adults aged 45 to 65 who are providing home care for their parents. As nursing care turnover becomes a serious social issue due to population aging, the survey aimed to clarify how the working generation balancing work and care evaluates respite care and positions it in their own lives.
*Respite care refers to care services that allow caregivers to temporarily leave caregiving to rest.
