【Background to the Launch of the Outlet Unit Product】 In our Mechanical Components business, we have been providing products that make the opening and closing of storage drawers and doors more comfortable and safe for the residential equipment market. Specifically, we have developed products such as "Soft Close Units" that reduce the impact when drawers close and "Soft Down Stays" that allow bottom-opening doors to open slowly, contributing to improved quietness, user experience, and the creation of high-quality spaces. In recent years, there has been a growing demand for safe and convenient use of power sources within homes, including wireless charging (Qi), USB ports, and power supply products. Against this backdrop, the Company plans to expand its product lineup for the residential equipment market, which emphasizes functionality, by adding "Outlet Units" to its existing offerings.
