VALX and Tokyo Sundubu Announce High-Protein Collaboration Menu with Over 50g of Protein, Available for a Limited Time Starting June 1

VALX Co., Ltd., the company behind the fitness brand 'VALX', will release a limited-time collaboration menu in partnership with the Sundubu specialty restaurant 'Tokyo Sundubu'. The menu will be available for two months, from Monday, June 1, 2026, to Friday, July 31, 2026.

In recent years, the intersection of the Korean food boom and rising health consciousness has led to growing interest in high-protein diets. This collaboration was born from the desire to allow people to 'enjoy dining out even while dieting or training.' The jointly developed menu boasts the highest protein content in VALX collaboration history, with over 50g of protein per serving. While leveraging the natural benefits of sundubu, which features tofu as its main ingredient, the menu is also designed with an optimal PFC (Protein, Fat, Carbohydrate) balance to achieve both deliciousness and satisfaction.

The menu development was supervised by Yoshinori Yamamoto, a legend in the training world with over 780,000 YouTube subscribers. Based on his nutritional theories, the menu is designed to be enjoyed guilt-free, even for those managing their diet. It incorporates an abundance of high-protein ingredients like krill, scallops, and quail eggs to boost protein content. Additionally, ingredients are chosen for their benefits to those in training, offering effects such as 'antioxidant,' 'fatigue recovery,' and 'immune support.'
