"Tabelog Bread Hyakumeiten 2026" Announced

Kakaku.com, Inc. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Atsuhiro Murakami), which operates the restaurant search and reservation service "Tabelog" (https://tabelog.com/), announced "Tabelog Bread Hyakumeiten 2026" on July 7, 2026 (Tue.), featuring restaurants highly rated by Tabelog users. This announcement, the first in approximately four years since 2022, selects 100 stores each in three areas: TOKYO, EAST, and WEST.

About "Tabelog Bread Hyakumeiten 2026"

This is a gourmet award that announces 100 restaurants highly rated in each genre, with the concept of "For delicious food, eat at these restaurants now." It has been announced annually in various genres since 2017, and "Bread Hyakumeiten" marks its 6th announcement this year.

Looking at the municipalities and prefectures with the most selected stores by area, "TOKYO" had the most in Shibuya-ku with 16 stores, followed by Setagaya-ku with 11 stores, and Chiyoda-ku and Minato-ku with 10 stores each. In "EAST," Kanagawa Prefecture accounted for nearly half with 48 stores, followed by Aichi Prefecture and Saitama Prefecture with 14 stores each. In "WEST," Osaka Prefecture had 32 stores, Hyogo Prefecture 26 stores, and Kyoto Prefecture 24 stores. This time, we introduce all newly selected stores.

100 stores with the highest overall scores in each area were selected from stores meeting the following criteria:

- First genre is "Bread" or "Bagel"

【TOKYO Newly Selected Stores】

There are 19 newly selected stores in "TOKYO." "Comme’N TOKYO Azabudai Hills Store" (Minato-ku, Azabudai), the second store of "Comme’N TOKYO Main Store" (Setagaya-ku, Okusawa) which was selected for "Tabelog Bread TOKYO Hyakumeiten 2022," is a bakery within Azabudai Hills run by a world-champion chef. It also houses a kids-only store and a meringue confectionery store. Other selected stores include "Bread&Coffee IKEDAYAMA Main Store" (Shinagawa-ku, Higashi-gotanda), where you can enjoy all-scratch-method bread made in-house from kneading to completion along with freshly roasted coffee, and "Bakery Bank" (Chuo-ku, Nihonbashi), where you can taste bread made with uniquely developed fermented butter in a renovated former bank teller's area.

These include "Okasanoue no Panya" (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) with terrace seating, using domestic wheat and natural yeast, offering seasonal fruit Danish pastries; "Boulangerie ADACHI" (Sunto-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture), offering French-style baguette sandwiches and hard bread, as well as authentic baked goods and deli items; and "Portogal Ebina SA (Downhill) Store" (Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture), where you can enjoy "Ebina Melon Pan" characterized by its vibrant green color not only in the cookie crust but also in the bread dough inside.

Gozaisho, where you can enjoy stone-baked bread made with carefully selected domestic wheat on-site; and "Maison Murata" (Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture), offering a variety of breads including high-hydration French bread and bread with pistachio paste rolled into puff pastry.
