CosmixLab Inc. Changes Company Name to "Echo Lab Inc."

CosmixLab Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Representative: Tsukina Imai) is pleased to announce that its company name will change to Echo Lab Inc. (English: Echo Lab Inc.) as of April 1, 2026, and that it will simultaneously commence operations of a VTuber agency as a new business.

Until now, our company has been engaged in IP development, creative production, and talent management in the entertainment sector.

To further accelerate our growth as an IP creation company, we will change our company name with the aim of concentrating management resources on the next-generation entertainment sector.

The new company name "Echo Lab" embodies the desire to "continue to resonate valuable talent and content globally."

### About the VTuber Business Echo Lab will establish a new VTuber agency and begin producing its first generation of talents. We plan to debut five VTubers as the first generation, and auditions will begin on April 2, 2026. On the same day, teaser information for the agency is also scheduled to be released. The earliest debut is planned for June 1, 2026, and we will provide multifaceted production including music, IP development, and events, in addition to streaming activities.
