CosmixLab Inc. Changes Company Name to "Echo Lab Inc."

CosmixLab Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku; Representative: Luna Imai) is pleased to announce that it will change its company name to Echo Lab Inc. (English: Echo Lab Inc.) effective April 1, 2026, and will simultaneously launch a VTuber agency as a new business venture.

To date, our company has been engaged in IP development, creative production, and human resources services within the entertainment sector.

We are implementing this name change to concentrate our management resources on the next-generation entertainment field, thereby accelerating our growth as an IP-creating company.

The new name, "Echo Lab," embodies our desire to "continue to make valuable talent and content resonate throughout the world."

About the VTuber Business Echo Lab is establishing a new VTuber agency and will begin producing its first generation of talents.

We plan to debut five VTubers as our first generation, with audition applications opening on April 2, 2026. Teaser information for the agency will also be released on the same day.

Debuts are scheduled for as early as June 1, 2026. We will provide multifaceted production support, including not only streaming activities but also music, IP development, and events.
