(Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Naoki Sampei; hereinafter "Counterworks"), has been introduced by Hankyu Hanshin Building Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka-shi, Osaka; President: Ken Kitano).

Background of Introduction

Hankyu Hanshin Building Management is responsible for the operation and facility management of commercial and office buildings nationwide, primarily in the Kansai region. In the Osaka Umeda area, they manage multiple commercial facilities with different concepts and target audiences, such as Hankyu Sanbangai, NU Chayamachi, HEP FIVE, and Herbis Plaza. Furthermore, they manage community-based commercial facilities and buildings along the Hankyu Hanshin lines and in the Tokyo metropolitan area, including Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens, Uiste, and AKIBA TOLIM.

While Hankyu Hanshin Building Management had previously established contact points for inquiries from tenants and brokerage firms wishing to open stores, there was room for improvement in providing recruitment information and vacant space information for each facility in an easy-to-understand and timely manner online.

Goals with the Introduction of Shopcounter Enterprise

In light of this, to first establish a system for centrally organizing information for each facility and delivering it to prospective tenants, "Shopcounter Enterprise" has been introduced, and a new tenant recruitment website exclusively for Hankyu Hanshin Building Management has been launched. The introduction will begin with 44 facilities, creating an environment where information on permanent and event spaces can be confirmed online, promoting information dissemination that makes it easier for prospective tenants to grasp facility characteristics and potential for opening stores.

This will establish a new leasing channel originating online, in addition to traditional human networks and individual inquiry responses. For prospective tenants, it will become easier to compare and consider facility information, and for Hankyu Hanshin Building Management, it aims to create a foundation for receiving inquiries while organizing information for each facility.
