Craft Burger & Grill JIRO Launches New 15cm-Tall Big Burger Featuring Locally Soured 'Edo Senju Negi'

Craft Burger & Grill JIRO (Location: Matsugaya, Taito City, Tokyo; Representative: Mitsuhiro Takayama) will release a new product, the 'Edo Senju Negi Kakiage Big Burger,' a larger version of its popular 'Edo Senju Negi Burger,' on June 2, 2026.

This item is a 15cm-tall, visually impactful craft burger that makes generous use of Edo Senju Negi, a local ingredient from Taito City. It is designed to be as delicious as it is impressive.

Tourism in Taito City, including the Asakusa and Kappabashi areas, is recovering, and there is an increasing demand for local restaurants to act as venues to share regional charm with visitors. We developed this product for both domestic and international tourists to enjoy both 'Japaneseness' and 'local character' in a single burger.

The Edo Senju Negi Kakiage Big Burger features a 100% beef patty, grilled Edo Senju Negi, shredded green onions, and tempura Edo Senju Negi, reaching a height of approximately 15cm. The flavor profile incorporates miso and soy sauce to highlight the unique qualities of the onions.

Our shop concept combines craft burgers, craft beer, and a dog cafe, allowing customers to dine with their dogs inside. Representative Mitsuhiro Takayama commented, 'We used local ingredients to create something truly delicious. We hope people enjoy the aroma and umami of the Edo Senju Negi and a distinctly Japanese flavor.'
