Transfer of Shares of BJC Co., Ltd.

Creacion Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "the Company," URL: https://www.crea-cp.com/) announced that all shares of BJC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "BJC"), held by a fund managed and operated by the Company, have been transferred to Ai Robotics Co., Ltd.

BJC possesses sales channels for high-priced products through agencies targeting professional channels with high barriers to entry, and has secured a category leader position in eyelash serums and foundations with its main brands including "soaddicted" and "SPICARE."
